Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm
These classes guide you through mindful movement developing strength, core, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind, breath, they include yoga based restore your core movements to aid strength, mobility, length and support. Throughout you will learn how to unwind with relaxation techniques. We may move through a flow or pause quietly within a pose and will end with a guided relaxation. The classes are designed for mixed-level participants - All Levels Welcome

Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to our body. It is based on yoga, pilates, functional fitness moves and breathing patterns.
We may include herbal teas and herbal yoni steams to support the body.

During the early postnatal period we can work with gentle exercises and herbs to help your recovery.
​
Currently all sessions are done in person.
