Yoga Class

Community Yoga Class for all levels run via Movement in Thyme

Aberfoyle Village Hall Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm

 

 

 

 

Private Hatha Yoga

£60 for a class up to 3 people then £18 per additional person

These classes guide you through mindful movement developing strength, core, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind, breath.  Throughout you will learn how to unwind with relaxation techniques.  We may move through a flow or pause quietly within a pose and will end with a guided relaxation.

The classes are designed for mixed-level participants - All Levels Welcome

 

Restore Your Core 1:2:1

 

£55 in Aberfoyle

£60 hour / £40 30 minutes (home visit in Aberfoyle and surrounding areas)

Focusing on a healthy core which can be helpful for back pain, posture and pelvic health issues, teaching techniques to restore your core through movement and breath. 

"What is Restore Your Core®":

 

Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to our body. Restore Your Core® helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.

 

In Restore Your Core® you will learn:

- Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function

- Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your core and pelvic floor

- Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function

- And a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements.

  • The Red Cross - unaccompanied asylum seeking minors.

  • The Govan and Craigton Integration Network - working with female asylum seekers.

  • Ruby Project - Massage and Yoga for African Women's Group

  • Rape Crisis Centre - Series of stress relief and breathing workshops for helpline volunteers.

  • Phoenix Futures - Helping those affected by substance misuse rebuild their lives.

  • Momentum Scotland Clydebank - who support people through a wide range of rehabilitation: adults with mental health issues, brain injury, physical and learning disabilities, spinal injury, substance abuse.
